It is almost like as

"Hahn air made an easy profit without any effort" (濡れ手で粟)

"Hahn air didn't work, but no refund."      (何もしないで金も返さず)

But as you know the other president Donald Trump has a bad reputation of his self-righteous policy

“America first” specially in EU.

All other airline companies except Hahn air are operated by warm-hearted persons.

On the other hand, Hahn air are operated by cold-blooded, unfeeling people and

gave me a blunt answer.

Hahn air must be the worst airline company in the world.

Even many empty seats are existing,

Hahn air says as if all seats are fully booked and loses other passengers.

Bad rule should be changed and improved.

You insist you’ll answer to HIS, travel agency,

all right, you should tell to HIS that

your theory about empty seat doesn’t definitely hold good.

Except my seat, there were many many empty seats!

Then, there was no reason to refuse money refund.

Thanks for your response.

Of course I asked HIS (travel agency of this time) to contact Hahn Air,

but HIS just answered Hahn Air didn’t refund money orally, not in writing.

HIS is not a reliable travel agency and I never use HIS hereafter.

That’s why I asked you directly.

Now, can you certify that all flights I’m going to take were fully booked?

I never think so.

You told me without any investigation.

As I already informed you I took Nauru air in last March, many seats were empty.

I suppose there were many empty seats in this time also.

What is the difference between you and such other companies as UA, Fiji air and Air Calin who refunded money.

If there’s anyone who can understand Japanese, I’ll transfer emails from them.

I joined insurance, but the maximum for such case is 50,000 JPN.

And about 30,000 JPN was refunded already for hotel cancellation.

No further money is rest for air fare for Hahn Air.

Please tell me, didn’t you refund money to HIS?

If so, you got money without any work.

This opposes the virtue of our Japanese people.

I hope you kindly reconsider the above circumstances with your conscience

and let me know a good news.

We regret the troubles you have experienced during your trip through the South Pacific. Please note that Hahn Air is a Business to Business company and we are offering Ticketing Services to permit agencies worldwide to offer a wider choice of airlines.

Hahn Air systems is even one step ahead and offers its code for airlines that could not be issue under normal conditions.

 

As a third party provider we are following the instructions given by the operating carrier and that we combined with them. In your case it would have been suitable to have an insurance that covers such issue as medical problems and additional costs that go along with it.

After all the seats remained empty afterwards.

 

You have to liaise with your agency and ask them if there can be at least a tax refund and we will refund the unused taxes which are refundable, but this has to be done through your agency where you booked the ticket.

 

We do not process refunds upon passenger requests only upon agent requests.

 

Believe us that personally we deeply regret this loss, but unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it.

And after I took a rest at the hotel, then I called HIS and asked to inform the cancellation of all flights.

Then you knew my cancellation two days before departure.
